Embodied Practice for Embodied Leadership
I come from a lineage of fierce women – writers, artists, white settler colonial capitalists, addicts, mystics, truth tellers, women who have harmed and been harmed.
I am devoted to healing from generations of white supremacy culture, patriarchy, and extraction – systems that have required and normalized disembodiment to maintain power and control.
I’ve spent 15 years practicing anti-racist facilitation, embodiment-based movement, donor organizing, and soul-based recovery work, bringing experience and deep passion to my work with individuals and groups.
Join me in reconnecting and reclaiming the wisdom and joy of your body to come into deeper alignment with your purpose, your power, and your capacity.

Testimonials
“Willa is a supremely skilled facilitator who guides her classes with a light and steady hand. In her facilitation, I am aware not only of the depth of her continuous study, but also of the compassion and curiosity she holds towards how we can help our bodies and minds to hold, move through, and even heal from stress and trauma. Willa’s class is a lifeline to me, both in terms of my individual healing and in holding and metabolizing the ongoing crises of our political moment. And I love the curious, playful, imaginative relationship I am cultivating with myself! I find that in Willa's class, I am able to grow my capacity to hold both pain and pleasure, and I find myself more open to playfulness, exaltation, and joy!”

“Willa is a highly skilled and powerful facilitator. She listens carefully for what is underneath the surface, for where transformation is possible, and for the very best in people. She works holistically — supporting people to grow in their understanding of self and political realities at an intellectual level but also at the level of spirit and embodiment, which is where new action and ways of being become truly possible.”
